LACQUER VIKTOR 374 is a special lacquer with voluminous and thixotropic properties. It is applied on heat-seal lacquers on an aluminium or polyester foils in the form of spots. The deposition is made onto a heat-seal lacquer, with the spots serving to pad a separation layer to prevent a lid-to-lid sticking as they are taken away within the wrapping machine. When combined with an appropriate gravure printing cylinder a height of the spots equal to 30 µm can be achieved (the minimum limit value still providing the functionality makes 20 µm). It is a solvent-type lacquer with a high filler content. Chlorine free.
