Primer Viktor 200 is a special base and barrier lacquer to be applied under heat-sealing lacquers on soft or hard aluminium foils that are used in the packaging industry. It is utilized as another barrier under the thermoplastic heat-sealing lacquers in production of aluminium lids intended for packaging products that create a very aggressive environment (mayonnaise salads, mayonnaise, fish salads, mustard, etc.). It is also possible to use it as single barrier coat – it boasts a high resistance against outside chemical effects. It can be utilized as a hot-sealed lacquer onto PVC.

Primer Viktor 880 is a priming, base lacquer to be applied on aluminium and some types of polyester (PET) foils that are used in the packaging industry. Its colour modifications are possible. The most common use is its full-width spread application on foils to get an adhesion layer under printing of graphic motifs or of creating a primary layer for a heat-seal lacquer build-up. The lacquer is highly resistant against the effects of the aggressive whey which enables its application in production of packaging for cottage-cheese and molten-cheese. The lacquer is of the polyester-base solvent type. Due to its thermoplastic characteristics, it cannot be utilized in production of heat-sealed lids without a covering layer. PVC free.
